Cancellation Policy
Natural Diva Beauty Booking Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
• All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
• Add-on services must be booked with a primary service.
• All color, chemical, and extension services require a consultation. Color services may require a strand or allergy test 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
• All appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
• Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
